BUSINESS OFFICE

The responsibilities of the business office are: to file a patient’s insurance claim to the proper carrier, follow-up to ensure the carrier pays in a timely manner, send regular statements regarding their financial responsibility to the clinic, assist patients in resolving questions regarding their charges, post all payments appropriately to the correct account, assist patients in getting necessary copies of financial records, and treating all patients in a courteous and respectful manner.

The business team consists of the Accounts Clerk, Janice Simmons, Cashier, Katrina Green, Medical Receptionist, Helen Miller, Medical Claims Specialist, Marsha Flowers, and Medical Assistant Andrika Burrows.

RADIOLOGY/DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING

The Radiology/Diagnostic Imaging Department has the capability to perform all of your imaging needs, from routine X-ray examinations, Mammography, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasonography and Computerized  Tomography (Cat Scan).  You will be served by friendly, courteous, caring and qualified professionals.

The Radiology/Diagnostic Imaging Department consists of Radiologist, Dr. Delbueno Codilla and X-ray Technologists Cleopatra Cooper and Sharvone Grant.

PHYSICAL THERAPY

The Physical Therapy Department provides the best in therapeutic and rehabilitation services.  We provide patients with state of the art facilities and equipments to help accomplish their rehabilitation goals.  Our ultimate goal is to treat the “whole” patient, developing individualized functional goals in order to return to prior level of function.

Our therapy services include physical therapy exercise, gait training, neuromuscular education, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, treadmill, recumbent bike, multipurpose gym and upper extremity ergometer (UBE).  Other modalities include ultrasound therapy, electrical stimulation, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulators (TENS), iontophoresis, cryotherapy, thermal agents, paraffin wax and massage therapy.

The Physical Therapy department consists of courteous, professional and well qualified staff.  Ramona Lightbourne holds a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy and Sophia Neely has a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.

LABORATORY

The laboratory department offers comprehensive outpatient testing service. To ensure quality care, the lab follows the practices set forth by the College of American Pathology (CAP) & (JCAHO). Our laboratory is directed by a board certified Medical Technologist, Yolanda Charlton and assisted by laboratory technician, Kisstonya Hanna. The lab department offers a variety of services from Chemistry Profiles to Substance Abuse.
