Our board-certified Holistic Nutritionist (Practical Holistic Nutrition), are dedicated to enhancing the overall well-being of our clients through personalized, evidence-based nutritional guidance and lifestyle support.

Our Services

Our approach is client-centered, with a focus on identifying and addressing the root causes of imbalance. Services include:

  • One-on-One Consultations: Comprehensive assessments to identify nutritional imbalances, including vitamin and mineral deficiencies.
  • Dietary Evaluation: Review of food choices, preparation methods, and overall dietary habits.
  • Lifestyle Assessment: Exploration of daily routines, productivity levels, energy output, and more.
  • Goal-Oriented Planning: Understanding each client’s unique needs, concerns, and desired outcomes.
  • Customized Wellness Protocols: Tailored nutrition and lifestyle plans, complete with educational handouts and actionable guidance.
  • Meal Planning Support: A 1-week meal plan including snacks and a complete shopping list to make healthy eating simple and accessible.
  • Lifestyle Recommendations: Guidance on physical activity, sleep quality, stress management, and energy optimization to help restore balance, prevent disease, and enhance quality of life.
  • Ongoing Support: Clients receive unlimited email and phone support to ensure sustained success and adherence to the plan.

Fees

  • Follow-Up Visits: Additional in-person consultations – $50.00 per hour
  • Initial Package: Two 1-hour in-person consultations – $220.00 (VAT inclusive)

Biography

Paul Bethel, BA, RHN, CHC, CPT

Paul Bethel is a holistic nutrition professional and wellness practitioner specializing in natural nutrition and complementary health care. He believes good health starts with what we put on our plates and how we care for our whole selves. A passionate advocate for balanced living, he founded Food For Health | A Holistic Approach in 2019 and leads Wellness Oasis | A Holistic Approach at Lucayan Medical Centre.

With a background that blends nutrition, coaching, and fitness, Paul supports individuals in building realistic, sustainable wellness habits. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Ottawa and is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN), board certified in Practical Holistic Nutrition, graduating from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in Vancouver, Canada. He is also a Certified Health Coach (CHC) through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute and completed Food Therapy training at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts in New York.

In addition, Paul is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the International Sports Sciences Association, with a focus on senior fitness.

He is a member of the Canadian Association of Holistic Nutrition Professionals.

His hobbies include: Swimming, Cycling, Tennis and Hiking.
